Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga

Ok, since my hubby's alarm went of at 5:45 this morning and woke up me and my one year old Garion, so that he could go to the gym. I decided to make the best of it.

Soooo my back has been trying to kill me for years now, I swear it...I've been seeing a chiropractor for the last 3 months or so and it doesn't seem to be helping all that much. My sister in law recommended I try this Vinyasa Yoga...and I'm not going to lie, for me it's really hard. And this is not my first time doing yoga. I have like 6 yoga DVD's in the workout section of my DVD folder. (yes I'm one of those people with tons of workout dvd's on hand, that I hardly ever use) I prefer the more slow going, relaxation oriented yoga. But this stuff is pretty fast paced. Anyway I am going to keep trying to do it often, since at this point I can't even lay on the floor without flinching and gasping because my back is so sore. And I'm, you know "sick and tired of being sick and tired," as they say. Wish me luck in keeping this a routine ;)
